MGA Cheer Extreme-is headed to the World Cheerleading Championship
Earning a bid at the WSA National Championships, MGA is the only program in middle Georgia invited to attend.

Macon GA, March 24th, 2014: MGA Cheer Extreme received a bid to the 2015 Cheerleading Worlds to be held in Orlando, FL on April 25th-27th, 2015. MGA Cheer Extreme is the only cheerleading program in Middle Georgia who has been invited to attend the 2015 Cheerleading Worlds.

MGA Cheer Extreme attended the WSA National championship in New Orleans on March 8th of this year. MGA Cheer Extreme Galaxy was one of only 9 level 5 teams to receive a bid to 2015 Cheerleading Worlds in Orlando, Fl. MGA Galaxy beat out 28 other level 5 teams from across the country all competing for a bid to the 2015 Cheerleading Worlds.

Owner and coach of the MGA Galaxy Jimmy Redus said. “I was excited to see our kids achieve their goals! We try to teach all of our athletes about the importance of setting goals, and being dedicated to achieve those goals. I can’t tell you just how proud I was of all our athletes, to see them earn this amazing opportunity to compete against the best of the best at the 2015 Cheerleading Worlds!” “This is our World Series, our Olympics!” With athletes representing both middle and high schools, in Bibb County, Jones County, Monroe County, Houston County, and Crisp County; MGA Cheer Extreme is hoping to make Middle Georgia proud.”

To attend The Cheerleading Worlds, it will cost each athlete close to $600. The MGA Galaxy will be hosting several fundraisers in order to help the cheerleaders raise money to attend this prestigious event. On April 4th they will be hosting “Flips for Tips” at the Wal-Mart off of Booth Rd in Warner Robins, along with a cheerleading clinic on April 18th from 10:00- 3:00.
